Returns the artist's bilingual labels, attributes (genre, label, country, debut year, bilingual bio), aliases (name variants × locale), and platform external IDs (Spotify / Apple / YouTube / Wikipedia).

**Filtered per MD-11/12** before serving publicly: - `tier`, `tier_assigned_at`, `tier_assigned_by` stripped from attributes (internal scoring metadata) - `external_ids` filtered to public providers only (spotify / apple / youtube / wikipedia). The 7 scoring-lineage providers (kworb / gtrends / shazam / instagram / tiktok / chartmetric / apple_charts) stay internal.
