Dates the publishers themselves have announced: Bank Indonesia board meetings (RDG), FOMC meetings, US CPI (BLS) and BPS inflation, trade and GDP releases. Nothing is estimated. A type's schedule runs only as far as its publisher has released it; `meta.coverage[].covered_through` says where, and `window_complete: false` means part of the window is not published yet. Consensus forecasts are not included.
`date` is the decision or release day in the publisher's time zone. `time_utc` is set only where the publisher states a time (BLS: 08:30 Eastern). BPS CPI reports the previous month and BPS trade two months back; `reference_period` carries it.
